Ms. Sprovach focuses her practice on employment law and represents Plaintiffs in all employment related matters. Ms. Sprovach is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has soley been practicing employment law since 1998.

Ms. Sprovach primarily focuses her practice on representing Plaintiffs in a wide variety of employment matters including the following:

  • discrimination
  • retaliation
  • sexual harassment
  • whistleblower
  • overtime compensation
  • worker’s compensation retaliation
  • wrongful termination
  • Family and Medical Leave Act

In addition to the above, Ms. Sprovach also represents teachers, school administrators and support staff, college professors, nurses and physicians in federal and state courts as well as executives and professionals regarding compensation issues and non-competition agreements.

Ms. Sprovach received her B.A. from Kean College of New Jersey, 1988 and her J.D., Ohio Northern University, 1991. She is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth and Sixth Circuits, U.S. District Court, Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.
