Renee Nguyen

Rosenberg | Sprovach

Renee Nguyen joined Rosenberg & Sprovach as an associate in 2019. She is an attorney with a broad range of civil litigation experience including a strong motion practice. Renee represents clients in discrimination, employment, business, non-competition, non-solicitation, and related contract disputes. Prior to joining Rosenberg & Sprovach, Renee worked in tax law, civil and criminal appellate matters, and commercial litigation.

Renee earned her J.D. from South Texas College of Law. While in law school Renee competed as an advocate and brief writer for South Texas College of Law’s nationally acclaimed advocacy program. As a competitor, Renee won multiple best brief awards and speaker awards. In recognition of her advocacy, she received the Dean’s Outstanding Advocate Award and was inducted into the National Order of Barristers and the National Order of Scribes. She also clerked at the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Before practicing law, Renee was a Legislative Aide for a Senator at the Texas Capitol and later worked for the Texas Attorney General’s Office advocating for victims’ rights in Austin, Texas.

On her free time, Renee enjoys spending time with her dog, working on art projects, and exploring Houston’s food scene with friends.
